What are the shipping times for your products in Australia and New Zealand ?
We take 1-2 days to process your
and then 4-7 days to deliver it to you.

Some items are missing from my order. What happens?
Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If your order contains items from two different warehouses, for example, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will probably arrive shortly.
I've received a damaged item. What can I do about it?
We're sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question to the following email address: support@bellasmile-au.com
and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.
I still haven't received my order. What's taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. International shipping can sometimes take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. If you still feel you need help tracking your package, or would like to make an enquiry, please contact us at support@bellasmile-au.com
Do you have a refund policy?
We do our best to resolve any problems our customers may encounter with their online items. If you would still like to receive a refund on your order, we can of course make the payment, provided the claim is made within 30 days of the order date and the product(s) concerned are not on sale.
