Return and refund policy

Our terms and conditions are valid up to 30 days after you receive the package. If 30 days have gone by after you received the package, unfortunately we can’t refund or exchange it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To make a return contact us at : support@bellasmile-au.com , you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase. Please

do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds  (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds  (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card institution, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sold Out Items  (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges  (if applicable)
We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange the item for the same item in this case, please email us at support@bellasmile-au.com


Shipping
To return a product, you must contact us by email at support@bellasmile-au.com and we will send you the necessary information.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a shipping service that allows tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
