Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Your order will take 1-2 working days to process, regardless of the shipping option you choose. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Although orders are usually processed within 1-2 days, please allow up to 3 working days for order processing. This means that if you order on Tuesday, you can expect your order to be shipped by Friday at the latest;


In some cases, your order may be delayed due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or order information, such as an incorrect delivery address, which happens very often.


If an incorrect delivery address is provided, we allow one hour after purchase to amend the order. Please contact support@bellasmile-au.com if you need to correct your order details. We are not responsible for incorrect information, such as a wrong delivery address, entered by the customer. Please scroll down to the incorrect address disclaimer for our policy on this matter.

Shipping times may also, in some cases, be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as :


IR disputes/strikes

weather conditions

Time of year (e.g. vacation periods)

Bulky and/or cumbersome items

Error on the part of the shipping service provider

Should any of the above scenarios occur with your parcel, we will keep you informed to the best of our ability.

If your item does not arrive within the following timescale, we will send you a free replacement item or refund the full amount:

Belgium: 35 days


DISCLAIMER FOR INCORRECT ADDRESS


It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct. We have a strict shipping schedule and therefore cannot always change the delivery address. Please always check the address you enter before proceeding to checkout. We will not be held responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.


If your order is already being processed or has already been shipped, we cannot change the destination address. In this case, the only thing we can do is wait for the package to be returned to us. If the item is returned to our warehouse, we will issue a full refund as soon as it arrives.


RETURNS


When placing an order in our store, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
